Unravelled Potential is looking to introduce Rhythm 2 Recovery Programming for kids aged 9-14. The Rhythm to Recovery- Music for Social and Emotional Development is an experiential program that aims to “increase social and emotional awareness, improve emotional regulation, increase overall psychological wellbeing and reduce social isolation and social anxiety.”

This program is not learning how to drum, and there is no drumming experience needed. The program uses drums as a tool to engage and communicate with people and ourselves.

“Alyc is an exceptional hockey coach who is truly dedicated to the players. I have known Alyc for two years, and in that time, I have seen firsthand how patient, encouraging, and skilled Alyc is when working with kids. Alyc creates a positive and supportive environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and grow their love for the game.
